Investing in Future Talent

Ancient House Printing Group are excited to inspire a new generation of talent into the dynamic Print Industry

Testament to popular belief and ongoing mainstream media debate, print is very much alive and thriving! In fact, within recent years print has only grown in popularity, preference and prestige – With the general consensus being that print is not only a welcomed escape from the cluttered digital marketplace, but a more trustworthy and authoritative sales tool to reach and connect with consumers.

From the likes of Amazon releasing their first ever Christmas Toy Catalogue to drive online sales, to ASOS producing an Editorial Magazine which became an instant sell out purely on pre-orders alone. There has never been a more ideal time to forge a career within this dynamic industry – and as a company, we are excited to promote this message!

Ancient House Printing Group are proud to announce that we are attending the Northgate High School Careers Fair this March, utilising this day to engage with students across all year groups, and educate them on the many career-driven possibilities the world of print has to offer.

Furthermore, we are also excited to be welcoming three Year 10 students into our Ipswich Factory this July as part of the Northgate High School Work Experience Scheme. Each student will spend a week gaining valuable, hands-on experience within a key sector of our business, shadowing our Department Managers who will mentor them as an Assistant within that sector.

Allison Berry, Joint Managing Director of Ancient House Printing Group said:

“As a forward thinking company we are keen to invest in future talent and encourage young people with fresh ideas into our business. Young people may not be aware of the vast amount of opportunities available within the Print Industry, and as part of our ongoing initiative to change that we feel that promoting Ancient House Printing Group within local schools and colleges is a positive and impactful start.”
