New Year Means New Investment for Ancient House
Ipswich-based Ancient House Printing Group is celebrating the start of 2006 by announcing a further investment in state-of-the-art technology at its Hadleigh Road site.
The installation of a new Muller Martini PrimaPlus stitcher in the companys bindery marks the completion of a £3 million investment programme in new equipment the largest ever in its 160 year history.
The technology is already increasing efficiency, versatility and fast make-ready at Ancient House and means that all finishing work can now be carried out on-site, rather than being outsourced.
Paul Sadler, Operations Director at Ancient House said: This stitcher not only enhances further our high standard of customer service but it complements the output of our new five colour Komori 38S web offset press which was installed last year.
Ancient House Printing Group employs 128 people and has a prestigious customer portfolio ranging from Government departments to large household names such as Argos and the BBC.
